Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms and Conditions", "EULA") carefully before using the Royal Shift - Queen Game mobile application (the "Service") operated by Fyuz Game ("us", "we", or "our").

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.

1. Privacy Policy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which can be found at https://gamesfyuz.blogspot.com/2025/06/privacy-policy-for-royal-shift-brain.html. Our Privacy Policy explains what data we collect and how we use it.

2. License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to download, install, and use one copy of the Service on a single mobile device that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment use.

This EULA is concluded between you and Fyuz Game only, and not with Apple Inc. or Google LLC. We, not Apple or Google, are solely responsible for the Service and its content. The license granted to you is limited to a non-transferable license to use the Service on any Apple-branded products (if on iOS) or Google-branded products (if on Android) that you own or control and as permitted by the Usage Rules set forth in the Apple App Store Terms of Service or Google Play Store Terms of Service.

3. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

The Service may include in-app purchases ("IAP") and/or auto-renewing subscriptions ("Subscriptions") that allow you to buy virtual items, currency, or content.

  • IAPs: When you make an IAP, you are purchasing a limited license to use that virtual item or content within the Service. These items have no real-world monetary value and cannot be redeemed for cash. All sales are final and non-refundable, except where required by law.

  • Subscriptions: Some features may be available through an auto-renewing subscription. Payment will be charged to your iTunes Account (for iOS) or Google Play Account (for Android) at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage your subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal by going to your Account Settings after purchase.

4. Advertising

The Service is supported by advertising, which may be provided by third-party services such as Google AdMob. These services may use and collect anonymous data about your interests to show you more relevant ads. Please see our Privacy Policy for more information on data collection for advertising.

5. Third-Party Services (Firebase)

The Service uses Google Firebase for backend services, including analytics, cloud storage, and authentication. Your use of the Service constitutes acceptance of data handling by Firebase as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose.

  • Cheat, exploit, or use any unauthorized software or methods to interfere with or disrupt the Service.

  • Attempt to decompile, reverse engineer, or disassemble the Service.

  • Harass, abuse, or harm another person or group within the Service.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Fyuz Game and its licensors.

8. EULA with Apple

If you have downloaded the Service from the Apple App Store, the following terms apply, in addition to all other terms:

  • Acknowledgement: You acknowledge that this EULA is concluded between you and Fyuz Game only, and not with Apple. We are solely responsible for the Service.

  • Maintenance and Support: Apple has no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance and support services with respect to the Service.

  • Warranty: In the event of any failure of the Service to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price for the Service to you (if any). To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple will have no other warranty obligation whatsoever with respect to the Service.

  • Product Claims: We, not Apple, are responsible for addressing any claims by you or any third party relating to the Service, including: (i) product liability claims; (ii) any claim that the Service fails to conform to any applicable legal or regulatory requirement; and (iii) claims arising under consumer protection or similar legislation.

  • Intellectual Property Rights: In the event of any third-party claim that the Service or your possession and use of the Service infringes that third party’s intellectual property rights, we, not Apple, will be solely responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement, and discharge of any such intellectual property infringement claim.

  • Legal Compliance: You represent and warrant that (i) you are not located in a country that is subject to a U.S. Government embargo, or that has been designated by the U.S. Government as a "terrorist supporting" country; and (ii) you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

  • Third-Party Beneficiary: You acknowledge and agree that Apple, and Apple’s subsidiaries, are third-party beneficiaries of this EULA, and that, upon your acceptance of the terms and conditions of this EULA, Apple will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce this EULA against you as a third-party beneficiary thereof.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

10. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Fyuz Game, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Gujarat,India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12. Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
